Meet Clare – How I Can Help

If you're wondering whether I might be the right person to support you or your family, this short video explains who I am, how I work and the different ways I can help.

My approach is practical, personalised and focused on helping you understand what is happening, identify what needs attention first and know what to do next.

Does This Sound Familiar?

Something isn't right but you don't know what it is or what to do.

Your child holds everything together at nursery or school but struggles at home.

Meltdowns, anxiety, overwhelm or everyday battles are exhausting family life.

You are waiting for assessment or answers.

You have tried different approaches but still don't know what will help.

You are worried about your child and beginning to question whether you are getting it right.

You are not failing. You are dealing with something genuinely difficult — without the right support.

Practical Support Built Around Your Child and Your Family

Clare helps parents move from uncertainty and constant firefighting towards greater understanding, clearer priorities and practical strategies they can use in everyday family life.

  • Understand what's happening.
  • Know what to focus on first.
  • Build practical strategies.
  • Review what's working.
  • Keep moving forward.

Where appropriate, Clare can also work directly with the child or young person as part of personalised family support.

How We Move Forward Together

Support can be reviewed and adapted as your child and family's needs change.

1

UNDERSTAND

Make sense of what is happening and identify patterns.

2

RESET

Identify what needs attention first and move away from approaches that are not helping.

3

BUILD

Create practical strategies around the individual child and family.

4

PRACTISE

Put those strategies into everyday life and see what happens.

5

ACHIEVE

Build greater confidence, understanding and progress, then identify the next priority where appropriate.

Imagine What Could Start to Feel Different

Understanding what may be behind the difficult moments instead of constantly guessing.

Recognising patterns before situations reach breaking point.

Knowing what to try when your child becomes overwhelmed.

School mornings, routines or transitions becoming more manageable.

Feeling more confident in your decisions as a parent.

Communicating more clearly with nursery, school or other professionals.

Your child beginning to understand themselves and develop strategies they can use.

Feeling that you are no longer trying to work everything out alone.

Greater understanding. Clearer priorities. Practical strategies. More confidence about what to do next.

Clare Crump — Mindset Coach

Meet Clare

I have spent over twenty years working with children, young people and families.

As a teacher, SENCO, educational adviser, trainer and coach, I have supported families navigating some of the most complex and challenging situations — from undiagnosed learning differences to severe anxiety, from school refusal to family breakdown.

I understand what it feels like to be the parent who keeps trying, keeps adjusting and keeps wondering whether they are doing the right thing.

My approach combines professional expertise with genuine warmth. I do not offer generic advice or one-size-fits-all programmes. I work with you to understand your child, your family and the specific situations you are dealing with.
